At CHITA LIVING, we want you to love your home. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into its original shipping boxes with all protective inserts to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a specialized carrier pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
